I’m Bryan
I’m a qualified Chartered Accountant (Singapore). I started out in PWC with a portfolio of companies mainly in the automotive, construction, research institution and logistics and therefore is familiar with the accounting issues faced by these industries. I was also with Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants as the Deputy Head of the Practice Monitoring Department which primary objective was to improve the audit quality in Singapore’s audit firms through the review of their engagement files. With the robust experience, I am now helping entrepreneurs understand and manage the numbers side of their business so that they have the clarity to make smart business decisions, increase profits and reach their financial goals. I also liaises and meets up frequently with the IRAS auditors to resolve tax issues for clients. I’m an Accredited Tax Practitioner (Income Tax and GST), fellow entrepreneur, and passionate about helping you and your business succeed. I started out in PWC with a portfolio of companies mainly in the hotel, real estate industries and is therefore familiar with the tax issues faced by these industries. Leveraging on these experiences, I have also worked as part of the investment management team with a focus on fund structuring and Real Estate Investment Trust structuring. My portfolio consisted mainly of real estate property companies, infrastructure companies, oil and gas companies and modern info-communication companies.
